This is a great website that offers a fantastic service. You can use this site to find out where you nearest citizens advice bureau is and use it to get advice about all sorts of things. There is also information about a range of related issues. 
  
Contact a trade union or professional association
  Labourstart
This site allows you to contact and get information about trade unions all over the world. Available in several different languages. 
  
  NISS - Professional Bodies
This site provides access to the websites of a large number of different professional associations, learned societies and staff associations. Although they are intended to be of most use to education professionals, the directory is very wide ranging. 
  
  Tagish - Unions and Associations
A good directory of UK staff, trade and professional associations, trades unions and related organisations. The directory is organised alphabetically and covers a good range of different trades and professions. 
  
  TUC - Contact a trade union
This part of the TUC website gives a full alphabetical listing of all the unions in Britain along with their contact details.

This site exists to provide information about the rights of disabled people and to learn more about the legislation that exists to help establish fully comprehensive and enforceable civil rights for disabled people in the UK. 
  
  The Commission for Racial Equality
The Commission for Racial Equality is a publicly funded, non-governmental body set up to tackle racial discrimination and promote racial equality. As you would expect, the site is packed with information and advice and is a fantastic resource. 
  
  The Disability Rights Commission
The DRC works to eliminate discrimination against disabled people and promote the fair treatment of people with disabilities. This site is packed with information and is the best place to find up to date information, help and advice. 
  
  The Equal Opportunities Commission
The Equal Opportunities Commission is the leading agency working to eliminate sex discrimination in 21st Century Britain. The website is tremendously informative and should be the first place to go if you are in need of advice in this area. 
  
  TIGER
This is the Tailored Interactive Guide to Employment Rights. It is aimed at helping people find their way through the complicated world of British employment law. It includes sections on the minimum wage and maternity leave as well as lots more.

  Electoral Commision
The Electoral Commision was established as an independent body to oversee donations to parties, campaign spending and to promote the electoral process. You can find out your constituency and who your MP is as well as finding out how to register to vote. 
  
  Epolitix - Webminster
This section of the excellent Epolitix site is the biggest collection of MP's websites on the internet. You can access all sorts of information about each MP and find contact details for each one. A useful, informative and detailed source of information. 
  
  Fax Your MP
This fantastic little site allows you to compose a letter that will then be faxed to your local MP. Best of all this process is completely free! It also allows you to read recent speeches and see your MPs entry on the register of interests.

This site tells you exactly how to go about contacting your MP through the house of commons. Straightforward and easy to understand with the useful addition of tool to help you find out exactly who your MP is in the first place.

This is an alphabetical list of all the members of the British Parliament, along with a link to their websites where applicable and in most cases, a link to somewhere from where you can email your MP directly.

The CLS was set up by the government in order to try and ensure that people can get information and help about their legal rights and understand how to enforce them in the right place and at the right time. A very useful site that can be of great use.
