	Book Resource This site is an excellent resource for anyone trying to find second hand or rare books. There are links to a huge list of online dealers, search tools, binding and repair services, bibliographies, databases and much more.
	Ebay - Books Ebay is one of the most famous online marketplace sites. You can buy, sell and swap items with thousands of people all over the world. Their books section is organised into a huge number of categories and there are thousands of titles available.

	Faxon - Publishers This is a site that contains a huge list of online publishers organised alphabetically. There are hundreds of companies listed so this site is a good bet for finding the details of the publisher you are looking for.
	WWW Virtual Library - Publishers This is a part of the excellent WWW virtual library site and is a great resource for anyone wishing to contact a publisher. There are links to most of the major publishers as well as some very useful links to other publishing related sites.

	The British Library The website of the UK's national library. It allows you to search for a huge variety of information in over 10 million documents as well as offering a wide range of extremely useful services. Ignore the annoying pop up window, this is a great site.
	The Internet Public Library The Internet Public Library is an excellent resource. It is one of the first libraries for the internet community and is intended to discover the best ways for librarians to contribute to the web. There is a huge amount of information accessible here.
	WWW Virtual Library This is one of the first online libraries of the web. Each category is maintained by someone who has a level of expertise in that area and this has led to the content being fairly comprehensive and wide ranging. An excellent way to find relevant websites.

	Bartleby A fantastic site that makes it easy to find classic works of literature to read online or download for free. This is exactly the kind of thing that the internet can be most useful for and Bartleby have done a great job in creating this website.
	Bibiomania This site provides access to loads of classic texts, reviews, study guides and reference books such as dictionaries and books of quotations, all free to read online or to download. An easy to use and useful site.
	IPL - Online books This is the online books section of the Internet Public Library site. It is a searchable database of links to the locations of over 18,000 different titles that are available to read online. You can search in a number of ways making this site easy to use.
	Online Books This site is an excellent way to find texts and books that are freely available to read online. The emphasis is on educational material but there are also many famous works of literature here. It is a well organised and comprehensive site.
	Project Gutenburg This is a site that allows you to download a vast number of books to read at your leisure. Any material that is not under copyright is likely to appear here at some point and all the texts in a simple format and very fast to obtain. Well worth a look.

	Acqweb - Book Reviews From here you can access a huge number of different book review sites. The links are organised into categories that cover a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books. An excellent place to look for reviews of a particular book.
	Books in Depth This is a site that provides access to book reviews in magazines, newspapers and websites from the USA and around the world. There are loads of links to some excellent online reviews here and they cover a very wide range of different books and writing.
	Complete Review This is a good book review site that covers many of the latest releases as well as an archive of reviews of older books. Its got a very useful links page with links to loads of other review sites if this one does not cover the book you are interested in.
