Overview 
CyberContact allows you visually perform a  filter that enable you to work with subsets of your contact database. These is done through the Filter Dialog Window. 
Important Note: when you apply a filter on your database you can see and browse only the filtered subset of your contact records. The rest of the records will not be accessible until you remove the filter.

Applying a filter 
To apply a filter: 

  1. From the Query Menu, choose Filter, or click the Apply/Remove Filter button  on the Button Bar. The Filter Dialog Window opens.
  2. See The Filter Dialog Window.
Important Note: when you apply a filter, you can see and browse only the filtered subset of your contact records. The rest of the records will not be accessible until you remove the filter.

Removing a filter 
To remove a filter: 

  1. When a filter is applied, choose Filter from the Query Menu, or click the Apply/Remove Filter button  on the Button Bar (Note: when a filter is applied, the Filter Button appears pressed).
  2. The filter is removed.
