Toolbar

Main Menu: View > Toolbar

The different buttons on the toolbar are not always active, some of them are only available when an image is active or under some circumstances. If a command is unavailable, its button is grayed-out.

Icon Shortcut
Description
Ctrl+O
Displays the Open Image dialog box.
Ctrl+S
Saves the active image. Press SHIFT to open the Save As... dialog instead. If the image is not modified at all this button will look slightly different: , and it will open the Save As dialog instead saving directly the image.
Ctrl+A
Opens the Acquire Window.
Ctrl+P
Opens the Print Setup dialog box to select printer, page orientation, and different printer settings, before printing the image.

Ctrl+C

Copies either the active selection or whole image to the clipboard.

Ctrl+V

Pastes the image in the clipboard as a new image (doesn't work in the TRIAL version).

Ctrl+Z

Reverses the last change made to the active image.

Ctrl+Alt+Z

Re-applies the action on which you have used the Undo command before.

 

Opens the Set Conversion Factor window, to calibrate, edit, load or save the measurement conversion factor.

Ctrl+G

The Measurements window is the place where all measurements are automatically recorded.

Ctrl+N  

The Notebook button opens the window with the same name.

Ctrl+Alt+D

Opens the Database Window.

Opens the Array/Band Analyzer Window.
F8
Opens the Statistics Window.

F9

Opens the Pixel Profile Window.

F10  

Opens the Find objects Window.
