Contact a member of the European parliament
	European Parliament - Members This page of the European Parliament provides a full listing of all members as well as up to date information about their activities. All members have an email address and each has a brief biography.
Contact a member of the house of lords

	Fax Your MP This fantastic little site allows you to compose a letter that will then be faxed to your local MP. Best of all this process is completely free! It also allows you to read recent speeches and see your MPs entry on the register of interests.
	How to Contact an MP This site tells you exactly how to go about contacting your MP through the house of commons. Straightforward and easy to understand with the useful addition of tool to help you find out exactly who your MP is in the first place.
	List of MPs This is an alphabetical list of all the members of the British Parliament, along with a link to their websites where applicable and in most cases, a link to somewhere from where you can email your MP directly.
Visit the houses of parliament
	Parliament - Visits This page gives comprehensive advice about the best way to organise a tour of the Houses of Parliament. It includes instructions for UK citizens, foreign visitors, school groups and links to the instructions for how to attend a debate.
	Tourist Information - Parliament This is part of the UK Tourist Information website and it gives a brief history of the parliament buildings and information about the ways you can arrange a visit. It also gives directions as to how to get there in the first place. Concise and useful.
