	How to Manage Stress Produced, rather surprisingly, by Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance, this comprehensive website is easy to navigate and contains wise words and links about managing stress.
	International Stress Management Association (UK) The ISMA is an charity that exists to 'promote sound knowledge and best practice in the prevention and reduction of human stress'. Their site contains lots of useful information and links to some very good stress management resources.
	Mind Tools – Stress This is an amazingly thorough free resources about stress. It is arranged in a large number of sub-headings that you can click on to get to a handy, easy to digest piece of information. Very useful.
	Stress Busting A UK based site that is aimed at helping you to recognise and manage stressful aspects of your life. Includes assessment questionnaires to ascertain your level of stress as well as information and links to a number of therapy and management resources.
	Stress UK A good site for anyone who has an interest in personal and occupational stress management. Contains definitions of stress, information aimed at helping you to find stress management resources and links to relevant websites, journals and publications.
	TUC - Health and Safety This section of the TUC website is dedicated to providing up to date information about health and safety issues at work in the UK. Includes an archive of the health and safety newsletter covering topics as diverse as occupational stress and asbestos.
	Work Related Stress Guide A guide to occupational stress from the government Health and Safety Executive. It is aimed at both employees and employers and contains a number of downloadable factsheets that outline the facts and the most effective ways to combat workplace stress.

	BACP This is the national body that accredits counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. From the home page you can click to the database for finding a counsellor in your area. Descriptions of counsellors include any ‘specialisms.’

	Saga - Travel In the travel section of Saga's site you can find out a bit about the wide range of holidays they offer and request any of their brochures. There are also articles to read, a forum for discussions and an 'ask an expert' section.
	Sky Scanner This simple and easy to use site can help you to find the cheapest flights around Europe. It lets you quickly compare flights from all the major budget airlines in one place without any of the hassle of visiting each airlines site. A very useful website.
