You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

WebZIP SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE TO EVALUATE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND RELATED MATERIALS
Spidersoft hereby grants you a license to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 28 days If you use this software after the 28 day evaluation period a registration fee of US$39.95 is required.

Unregistered use of WebZIP after the 28 day evaluation period is in violation of international copyright laws.

2. LICENSED VERSION
One licensed copy of WebZIP may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access WebZIP through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.

3. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.

4 WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

SPIDERSOFT PROVIDE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND RELATED MATERIALS TO YOU "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS. SPIDERSOFT MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). SPIDERSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING OR DISTRIBUTING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, THE RELATED MATERIALS OR THEIR DERIVATIVES.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND RELATED MATERIALS OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This provision regarding Limitation of Liability shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
