The Menu Bar 
The Menu Bar displays the following pull down menus: 
    The File Menu  
    The Edit Menu  
    The View Menu  
    The Query Menu  
    The E-mail Menu  
    The Utilities Menu  
  
The File Menu 
The File Menu lists the following menu commands: 
Open Database: use it to open another database. 
New Database: use it to create a new database. 
Delete Database: use it to delete a database. 
Import Database: use it to import databases prepared by third parties. 
Backup: use it backup your database. 
Print: use it to print contact information. 
Exit: use it to exit CyberContact

The Edit Menu 
The Edit Menu lists the following menu commands: 
Cut: use it to cut a selected text to the clipboard. 
Copy: use it to copy a selected text to the clipboard. 
Paste: use it to paste a selected text from the clipboard. 
New Record: use it to create a new contact record. 
Delete Record: use it to delete the active record. 
Unmark All Records: use it to unmark all marked records.

The View Menu 
The View Menu lists the following menu commands: 
Contact List: Use it to open the Contact List window and view the contacts in a list view. 
URL List: Use it to open the URL List window and view the URLs in a list view. 
E-mail List: Use it to open the E-mail List window and view the e-mail messages in a list view. 
Activity List: Use it to open the Activity List window and view the activities in a list view. 
Document List: Use it to open the Document List window and view the documents in a list view. 
Reports: use it to open the Report Dialog Box and generate a report. 
Tabs: use it to go to a tab page.

The Query Menu 
The query menu lists the following menu commands: 
Search: use it to open the Search Dialog Box and search for a contact. 
Find: use it to open the Find Dialog Box and locate a contact. 
Filter: use it to open the Filter Dialog Box and apply a filter. When a filter is active, use it to remove the filter. 
Sort: use it to open the Sort Dialog Box and change the sort order.

The E-mail Menu 
The E-mail menu lists the following menu commands: 
Inbox E-mail: use it open the Inbox E-mail Window. 
E-mail Tab: use it open the E-Mail Tab of the active record. 
E-mail List: use it to open the E-mail List Window and view the e-mail messages in a list view. 
Compose: use it to open the Compose E-mail Window and compose a new e-mail message. 
Send Queued E-mail: use it send all Queued E-mail messages.

The Utilities Menu 
The utilities menu lists the following menu commands: 
Set E-mail Configuration: use it to open the Setup E-mail Dialog Box and configure the e-maul settings 
Import E-mail Setup: use it to open the Define Import File Dialog Box and define a file of e-mail messages to import from. 
Back-up: use it to open the Database List Dialog Box from were you can backup your database. 
Pack database: use it to pack your database.
