BullGuard - Antivirus - Scan now - Scan, pause, settings


Tip: Use the menu in this picture to navigate in the Help-file, just like when you use the real BullGuard


The main menu offers the following options: Scan, Pause and Settings.

Menu button		Description
Scan		Starts the system virus-scan. Note: Before your system can be scanned you must check at least one desired scan path. After the scan process is launched, this option will transform in an option labeled ôStopö.
Stop		Stops the systemÆs scan. Note: If scanning is stopped, the report log will offer information up to the moment the scan stopped.
Pause		Temporarily stops the scanning process. The scanning process can be continued from the moment the scan was stopped by again selecting this option.
Resume		When a scan process is stopped you can press this button in order to restart it from that point on.
Settings	Save this settings as default	Replaces the default settings with your user-defined settings. Note: You can revert to default settings by selecting the option "Load Settings."
	Load settings	Replaces the actual scan configuration with another scan configuration, previously created. For example, BullGuard default scan settings are saved in the file deftask.tsk.
	Save settings	Saves your desired scan configurations. Once the desired scan options have been configured, they can be saved, so that for a new BullGuard analysis, you just have to choose scan path and click the "Scan" button.
