	LastMinute Possibly one of the most famous dotcoms of the last few years, lastminute offers some great late booking deals and loads of ideas for places to go and things to see. Worth a visit.

	From A-Z A well thought out, simple and easy to use site that contains the details of over 20,000 hotels in the UK. Online booking is available and there are lots of discounts to be had on rooms and other related products like airline tickets.
	Hotel Guide This is a well known American site that can help you to find hotels in cities all over the world and book your accommodation online. The details of some of the hotels in the directory can be a little sketchy but there is always a number to call for info.

	The RAC Hotel Finder The RAC have inspected, rated and approved over 3500 hotels all over the UK, and using this site you can book a room at any of them instantly. Simple, quick and with a pretty good selection to choose from.
	Travel England This comprehensive site is run on behalf of all of the regional tourist authorities in England. You can find your nearest tourist information centre and find information about locations all over the country. Very useful for anyone travelling in England.
	UK Accomodation Directory A huge directory of hotels, B+Bs, guesthouses and other accommodation in the UK. Covers a wide range of budgets and includes ratings, lists of facilities, the chance to order a brochure and the facility to book online. Not the prettiest but very useful.
	Visit Britain This site is run by the British Tourist Authority and provides information about locations across the entire country. You can find comprehensive information about a range of topics, order brochures and find accommodation. A very good tourist site.
	Visit Us This is a very comprehensive directory of bed and breakfast accommodation in the UK. It is really easy to find the names and details of B+Bs all over the country, including a phone number, some pricing information and a map of their location.

	Cruise 2 Although not specifically for the UK, this site is still an excellent resource for anyone interested in booking a cruise or wanting to contact a cruise operator.

Book flights
