Lamas create special under-order together with camels. Vikuna and Guanaco live wild, Alpaca and Lama have already domesticated tousand years ago. Lama gives people the same services like donkeys in the "Old World". It`s ideal maens of transport on a stony and sheer paths. These days ZOO Brno has herd with six members - male Robin and females Arina, Brandy and Jerryna. Except Jerryna, who comes from ZOO Ostrava, all lamas are our fosterlings. Jerryna is happy mother now, 11.11.1997 gave a birth to a son Herbert. 23.4.1998 we brought a new male - he`s one year old, his name is Sam and he is from ZOO Arnhem.
