Windows Foundation Classes for Java

The following packages are included in the Windows Foundation Classes for Java.

Note: Use the Object Browser to explore classes and packages that do not have associated reference topics in this Technical Preview Edition of Visual J++. To open the Object Browser, from the View menu, click Other Windows, and then click Object Browser.

Package wfc.app (Reference not yet available)

Provides classes that encapsulate Windows application operations, such as threads, messaging, and access to the Clipboard and registry.

Package wfc.ax (Reference not yet available)

Provides classes that represent the ActiveX interfaces used internally by WFC components.

Package wfc.core

Provides core component model classes.

Package wfc.data.ui (Reference not yet available)

Represents the classes used to implement data-bound controls.

Package wfc.html

Provides classes for accessing Dynamic HTML.

Package wfc.io (Reference not yet available)

Provides classes and interfaces for creating and working with data streams.

Package wfc.ole32 (Reference not yet available)

Provides Java wrapper classes and interfaces for OLE services used internally by WFC components.

Package wfc.ui

Provides user interface component classes.

Package wfc.util (Reference not yet available)

Provides miscellaneous utility classes.

Package wfc.win32 (Reference not yet available)

Provides Java wrapper classes for the Win32 API used internally by WFC components.
