The URL List Window  

The URL List Window enables you to view and browse the contacts that have a web page in a convenient list view. This window functions as a smart bookmark, allowing you various useful ways to sort and filter your URL list. 
This window contains three drop down lists: Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3. Use them to cross filter the list by category criteria. 

Tips: 

• Click inside inside the URL field to expose a browsing button.
• Click inside an E-mail field to expose an e-mail button.
• To access Cut, Copy and Paste commands, right-click your mouse anywhere inside the grid area.
• Click a check boxed field to Check/Uncheck that box.
•  Double click inside Site Description and Notes fields in the grid to open a larger view and edit window.
• Click the OK button, or Double click the record indictor (the yellow arrow on the left side of the active row), to go to that contact information page on the main screen.
• Click inside a field to edit it.
• Click the column headers to change the sort order of the list.
