The E-mail List Window  

The E-mail List Window enables you to view and browse all the e-mail messages in your database in a convenient list view. 
This window contains the following buttons and controls: 
Delete: use it to delete a selected message. 
Find: opens the Find Dialog Box. Use it to locate a message. 
Search: opens the Search Dialog Window. Use it to search for a message. 
Go To Contact: use it to go to the contact that the selected message is filed with. 
Save As...: use it to save a selected message as a text file. 
Attached: use it to view the files attached to the selected message. 
Report: use it to generate a report. 
Print: use it to print a selected message. 
Drop down field: use it to filter the list by All messages, received messages or sent messages. 
Close : use it to close the window. 

Tips: 

• Select a message in the grid to view itÆs body in the lower pane.
• Click the column headers to change the sort order of the list.
