Change my online statement update options

This is the process you go through to update your Account Register to match the account information downloaded from your bank.

1 On the Tools menu, click Options.

2 Click the Online Services tab.

You can change options that determine:

Whether Money shows you each transaction before it's downloaded into your Account Register when you use online statements (Electronic lists of the transactions that have cleared your financial institution. The information is similar to the information in your paper statement, and you can use it to update your account records electronically. Online statements are available through both Web and direct banking in Money.).
Whether the bank's descriptions of your transactions are added to the Memo field when you download transactions using online statements.
The date range Money uses to match downloaded transactions to transactions already in your Account Register.
