Using the Player

With Windows Media Player, you can play CDs, DVDs, and VCDs; copy tracks from CDs; create your own audio and data CDs; listen to radio stations; search for and organize digital media files; and copy files to portable devices, such as Pocket PCs and portable digital audio players.
