Issues with updating EXIF

There are some things to be aware of when using the "Update EXIF" feature in FotoAlbum.

• Your files must not be read-only if you intend to update the EXIF data.
• Update EXIF data only works on JPEG's. If you select other file types, it will skip the update process for those files.
• Any EXIF data other than the picture date and caption will not be modified.
• You can view the entire EXIF header in the Picture Properties dialog (Embedded Data tab).
• Backups are made of files the first time any modification is made. They are not made on any additional EXIF updates that are made. This ensures that the original image (before any modifications made by FotoAlbum) is available if necessary.
