Black Noddy

Charrán negruzco, parecido a la Tiñosa Parda, pero algo más pequeño, esbelto y oscuro. La corona también presenta más blanco y el pico es más largo y fino. Tamaño: 35-39 cm.; peso: 98-144 g. Audio (R. Boughton). Anida en islas en la costa de América Central, Venezuela y las Antillas Menores. Visto con regularidad en las colonias de cría del Charrán Rosado y el Charrán de Sandwich en La Parguera. También la especie ha sido reportada en Culebra. La población reproductora en el Caribe se estima en menos de 100 parejas
