You are very wrong, I have not "done well at the EXPENSE of my crew." Over the years, I have gotten MANY, of my crew promoted into
the management ranks. Those who desire to go that route. My people are
constantly and fairly rewarded for a job well done. And although they may not START at a high rate of pay, I do have employees that are making $8.00 to $9.00 per hour, yes, I am talking crew people.
I care about and value each of my crew.
