Fat cats' destorted definition of fairness

I notice you refuse to tell us the difference between your salary and that of your average crew member. Oh well, the gap is obviously very big even though the crews' job is more demanding that that of the top managers (according to the president of McD UK himself). So why not pay the crew more if they contribute so much to the profits of the company? The answer is, I suppose, obvious; if the crew get more then that reduces the share of the fat cats at the top. Even if one or two crew members work their way to the top or get paid better, it does not change that fact.

I would dearly like to know what your staff think of you and their pay and whether they regard the situation at your store as fair.

I guess anybody else in your situation would feel the same as without a low-paid crew people like you would not earn so much.
