Big corporations destroy job opportunities.

Oh dear, you sound as if you feel desprately insecure and at the mercy of the big corporation. I dread to think what they have done to you to force you into such total submission.

Your illusions about the role of big corporations creating jobs are totally false though. Even McD witnesses - a top manager - admitted that some existing jobs are lost when the corporation moves into an area. The whole point about growing so big is to take adventage of the so called economies of scale - that means producing more with less labour - therby increasing profits. So it is not difficult to see why big corporations by necessity reduce workforce and increase unemployment.

The idea of job creation by big corporations is put forward by capitalists in order to legitimise their operations. But a glance at the world economy and the level of unemployment is enough to expose this statement for the lie it is.
