- 1) Most Executor bugs are not specific to one particular platform. If
- an app crashes Executor under DOS, it probably crashes Executor
- under our NEXTSTEP/Linux ports. It's *much* easier to debug under
- Unix than under DOS.
- 2) Although there are far fewer NEXTSTEP and Linux users, they need an
- emulator much more than DOS users.
- 3) Supporting multiple platforms proves the portability of our
- technology, which makes us look good.
- 4) Although it takes some initial effort to get a port going on
- another platform, once the port is complete it doesn't take much
- effort to maintain it.

- That said, I agree that DOS/Windows is where we'll make our money, and
- DOS-specific problems should be a Very High Priority.
