  7. Joystick/Mouse:     Use joystick to turn
  8.                     Press first (left) button to accelerate
  9.                     Press second (right) button to slow down
  10.                     To fire ready weapon, press both buttons

  12. Keyboard:      W or 8         nose down
  13.                X or 2         nose up
  14.                A or 4         left turn
  15.                D or 6         right turn
  16.                S or 5         stop rotation
  17.                C or 3         roll clockwise
  18.                Z or 1         roll counterclockwise
  19.                = or +         accelerate
  20.          <minus> or -         slow down
  21.          <space> or 0         fire ready weapon

  26. G    - give up - try to surrender
  27. J    - jettison all cargo (improves acceleration)
  28. L    - toggle between manual/automatic lasers (once you get 'em!)

  31. T    - target base or ship with TAC
  32. V    - toggle between camera views
  33. ^E   - toggle between cruise/newtonian flight
  34. ^J   - toggle between keyboard/joystick
  35. ^S   - save game
  36. ^T   - toggle TAC between data/graphics
  37. ^X   - toggle between keyboard/mouse

  45. Joystick - Use joystick to move. Push joystick then press  button 
  46. to  talk  to  someone  or inspect  something.  Push  button  with 
  47. joystick centered to bring up menu.

  49. Keyboard  - Use same directional keys as for piloting  spaceship. 
  50. <Return> to bring up command menu.

  52. Mouse  -  move mouse in direction to move. Move  into  person  or 
  53. object  and press left button to talk/inspect. Button  while  not 
  54. moving brings up command menu.
