  1. Contour Pens Help Information      *
  2.  
  3. The Contour pen gadgets serve as a
  4. way of selecting the current
  5. contour.  They also serve as
  6. parameters to the Smooth, Cut, Copy,
  7. and Paste commands.
  8.  
  9. Whenever you click a contour's pen
  10. gadget, that contour's statistics
  11. are displayed in the Contour
  12. Palette's title bar. The title bar
  13. indicates contour number, contour
  14. pen number as well as height range.
  15.  
  16. A Contour pen and it's associated
  17. potentiometer gadget make up one
  18. contour in MandelVroom. MandelVroom
  19. has 256 contours for every project
  20. you open.  You can edit any
  21. consecutive 32 of them using the
  22. contour pens and potentiometer
  23. gadgets.

  25. Above the contour pens is a
  26. horizontal strip called the Color
  27. Bar.  Inside the Color Bar is a
  28. rectagular box called the Color Bar
  29. Box.  If you place the mouse cursor
  30. inside the Color Bar Box and depress
  31. and hold the left mouse button, you
  32. can slide the Color Bar Box right
  33. and left.

  35. Notice as you slide the box, that
  36. the contour pens change also.  By
  37. sliding the Color Bar Box, you
  38. can select which 32 contours you can
  39. edit and change using the contour
  40. pens and potentiometer gadgets.
