  1. DISPLAY allows you to manipulate existing entities and
  2. drawings without permanently altering their coordinates.
  3. These functions do not change the part's database, it only
  4. changes the display of the part on the screen. To change
  5. the actual size of the part, use the X-FORM, SCALE 
  6. options.

  8. These functions are very useful for visually referencing
  9. different sections or views of a part, and for controlling
  10. the appearance of the part itself.
  11.  
  12. Manipulate the display of your part by choosing from the
  13. following options:
  14.  
  15. REDRAW - to clean-up (or rebuild) the display by
  16. eliminating all broken lines and temporary reference
  17. markers that result from creating and editing entities.
  18.  
  19. PAN - to redefine the center of a selected viewport,
  20. relative to the part.
  21.  
  22. ZOOM - to temporarily alter the size of your part for
  23. easier manipulation.
  24.  
  25. VIEW - to manipulate the display view of your model.
  26.  
  27. VWPORT (viewport) - to set and manipulate the number of
  28. viewports on the display and to simultaneously display 
  29. more than one view of your part.
  30.  
  31. LEVELS - to separate a part into different layers or
  32. overlays. Each layer can be manipulated individually or
  33. with other layers.

  35. GRD/SNAP (Grid/Snap) - to set the grid spacing and snap
  36. alignment within a viewport for use as a drawing aid.

  38. AXES - to change the visual display of the current
  39. construction and display view by turning the x, y, z
  40. direction icon on and off.

  42. CURSOR - to use the cursor as a visual guide for 
  43. digitizing an existing drawing on your tablet, or for 
  44. tracking the world coordinate location within the 
  45. viewport.

  47. Most of these functions can also be accessed in your 
  48. Status Window Area or with an Immediate Mode command.
