- LABEL creates tags with leaders and arrows for your
- drawing. You can create up to five arrowhead positions for
- each label. Use UNDO, (Alt)-(I), to remove the last label
- you created before you start a new one.

- If you create a label in Model Mode, and then enter
- Drawing Layout Mode, the label will not appear. Do
- detailing in Drawing Layout Mode.

- Type the number of arrowheads for the label, or press
- <Enter> to accept the default. CADKEY's on-line text
- editor appears.

- Type the label text. Labels can be up to 80 characters
- long. If you try to create a label over 80 characters,
- CADKEY crops the text from the right.

- You can use any of the following characters to create your
- label:

- ! @ # $ % ^ & o () + - = {} [] ~'":;?/>.<,|\ 0-9,
- A-Z, a-z, ▒, , ╞, (Spacebar),and <Enter>

- Choose SAVE TX to save the text or press <Enter> twice.

- Choose an option from the Position Menu to indicate where
- you want to place the text. The text appears on-screen.
- CADKEY positions the text according to the note placement
- alignment set in DETAIL, SET, TEXT, NOT PLC.

- Cursor indicate a position for the label's leader on the
- left or right side of the text.

- Once you define a side, a rubberband line appears.

- Choose an option from the Position Menu to indicate the
- arrowhead position. An arrow appears in the direction you
- specified.

- Repeat this step depending on the number of arrowheads set
- in Step 1.

- The current note height setting determines the length of
- the first leader line and arrowhead size. CADKEY uses the
- current level and color number settings when it creates
- the label.
