  1. ARR/WIT (arrows or witness line) allows you to create 
  2. arrows and witness lines using one of four methods. Unlike
  3. dimension entities, these entities are not associated with
  4. text, but are used when you create dimensions or labels
  5. using separate text, arrow, and witness line entities.
  6.  
  7. If you create arrow or witness lines in Model Mode and
  8. then enter Drawing Layout Mode, they will not appear. Do
  9. detailing in Drawing Layout Mode.
  10.  
  11. Choose the type of drafting entity you wish to create,
  12. ARROWS or WITNESS lines.
  13.  
  14. Choose one of four methods of creation:
  15.  
  16. ENDPTS  - to create an arrow or witness line by defining
  17.           the start and endpoints.
  18.  
  19. STRING  - to create a series of arrows or witness lines by
  20.           assuming that the endpoint of one line is the
  21.           starting point of the next.
  22.  
  23. PARALEL - creates an arrow or witness line parallel to an
  24.           existing line through a specified point.
  25.  
  26. PERPEND - creates an arrow or witness line from a
  27.           designated point to an existing line entity so 
  28.           that the new witness line and the existing line
  29.           are perpendicular.
