  1. MODIFY allows you to alter ordinate dimensions using four
  2. different methods: ADD TO, MOVE, ALIGN, REMOVE.
  3.  
  4. ADD TO - to add additional ordinate dimensions to an
  5.          existing string of ordinate dimensions.
  6.  
  7. MOVE   - to move, and therefore redimension, existing 
  8.          ordinate dimensions.
  9.  
  10. ALIGN  - to select a dimension in a string of unaligned
  11.          ordinates for alignment.
  12.  
  13. REMOVE - to erase ordinates and subordinates.
  14.  
  15. An ordinate dimension keeps the original specifications
  16. assigned (e.g., alignment), even when modified. Before
  17. modifying any of the existing dimensions, assign the 
  18. desired attributes.

  20. Remember that leader lines are drawn from a base position 
  21. to the text dimension when repositioning or adding 
  22. ordinates.
