  1. ORDINAT allows you to create and edit ordinate dimensions.
  2. All ordinate dimensions can be created on a horizontal,
  3. vertical or parallel axis using alignment or non-alignment
  4. assignments. Once these dimensions are established, they
  5. can be added to, moved, deleted, or aligned while still
  6. keeping their original characteristics.

  8. Choose an ordinate dimension option from the displayed 
  9. menu.

  11. CREATE - to choose to align or not align the ordinate
  12.          dimensions to be created and whether you want to
  13.          dimension HORIZTL, VERTICL, or PARALEL axis.

  15. MODIFY - to choose whether you want to ADD TO, MOVE,
  16.          ALIGN, or REMOVE the ordinate dimensions.

  18. Within the DIM MOD switch set to AUTOMAT, the dimension is
  19. calculated automatically.

  21. With the DIM MOD switch set to MANUAL, the on-line text
  22. editor is activated and you are prompted to enter the
  23. dimension text.

  25. To end the text input, choose the SAVE TX (save text)
  26. option.

  28. Dimensioning is done when all three positions are
  29. designated. Witness lines, leaders, text, and arrows
  30. are drawn according to the current settings.
