- EDGE lets you dimension an arc or circle that was created
- in a view that is different than the one in which you
- are dimensioning.
-
-
- 1. If the arc or circle was created in a view that is
- perpendicular to the current view:
-
- Select the arc or circle to dimension.
-
- Indicate the dimension text placement using an option from
- the Position Menu.
-
- CADKEY dimensions the arc or circle as if it is a line
- using a horizontal or vertical linear dimension, depending
- on the viewing orientation.
-
- When you switch views, the dimension no longer appears.
-
- If you make a mistake, choose UNDO in the Break Area or
- press (Alt)-(I). CADKEY deletes the dimension and leader
- lines and you can indicate another dimension text
- position.
-
-
-
- 2. If the arc or circle lies in the current view,
- choose an option:
-
- HORIZTL - lets you create a horizontal dimension.
-
- VERTICL - lets you create a vertical dimension.
-
- PARALEL - lets you create a parallel dimension.
-

- from the Position Menu.
