  1. SEGMENT allows you to create point entities on a selected
  2. curve by segmenting the curve.

  4. Create the entities by choosing from the following 
  5. options:
  6.  
  7. NUMBER  - to create the entities by keying-in the desired
  8.           number of segments to be created on the curve.
  9.  
  10. DISTNCE - to create the entities by keying-in the desired
  11.           length of the segments (i.e., the distance 
  12.           between the created points).
  13.  
  14. ALONGC  - to create the entities by creating one point on 
  15.           the curve at a specified distance from a 
  16.           selected endpoint.
