  1. ON ARC allows you to select an arc or circle on which to
  2. create a point entity.

  4. Select the desired arc or circle.

  6. Enter an angle (in degrees) at which you want to place the
  7. point on the selected entity. This angle is 
  8. counter-clockwise, relative to the zero (0) position on 
  9. the arc. It is not necessary to specify an angle between 
  10. the start and endpoints of the arc. The arc does not
  11. necessarily need to lie in the current display plane.

  13. The point entity (+) is created in the plane of the arc's
  14. depth, regardless of the status of the 2-D/3-D switch.
