  1. CTR-ENT allows you to create a circle tangent to a 
  2. selected entity, with its center at an indicated position.
  3.  
  4. Select the desired tangent entity, near the point of 
  5. tangency. If necessary, you can cancel the selection by
  6. choosing the BACK-UP option and selecting another entity.
  7.  
  8. Indicate a position for the center of the circle by
  9. selecting a Position Menu option.
  10.  
  11. If a tangent circle cannot be created (e.g., because the 
  12. indicated center position is on the selected tangent 
  13. entity), an error message is displayed. You are prompted
  14. to press <Enter> and to select a different tangent entity.

  16. In 2-D construction mode, the circle is created in the 
  17. construction view, at the depth that is active when the 
  18. center is indicated.

  20. In 3-D construction mode, the circle is created in the 
  21. plane of the selected entity and the indicated point.

  23. To create another circle tangent to the selected entity,
  24. indicate another center position.
