  1. TANGENT allows you to create a circle tangent to one, two 
  2. or three entities.

  4. Create a tangent circle by choosing from the following
  5. options:

  8. CTR-ENT - to create a circle tangent to a selected entity,
  9. with its center at an indicated position.
  10.  
  11. 2 ENTS - to create a circle tangent to two selected 
  12. entities, with a specified radius.
  13.  
  14. 3 ENTS - to create a circle tangent to three selected
  15. entities.

  18. When selecting entities, the selection point needs to be
  19. near the desired point of tangency.
  20.  
  21. If a 2-D entity (i.e., arc, conic, or 2D spline) appears
  22. as a straight line in the current view it cannot be 
  23. selected in this function.

  25. In 3-D construction mode, the selected entities must be
  26. coplanar. Polylines, polygons, and 3-D splines cannot be
  27. selected because they are not planar entities.

  29. A tangency point may be on an extension of a selected
  30. entity.
