  1. 2 ENTS allows you to create a circle tangent to two 
  2. selected entities, with a specified radius.
  3.  
  4. Enter a value for the radius and press <Enter>, or accept
  5. the default value in parentheses by pressing <Enter>.
  6.  
  7. Select the first tangent entity, near the point of 
  8. tangency. If necessary, you can cancel the selection by 
  9. choosing the BACK-UP option and selecting another entity.
  10.  
  11. Select the second tangent entity, near the point of
  12. tangency.
  13.  
  14. An error message is displayed if a tangent circle cannot 
  15. be created, e.g., because the selected entities are not
  16. coplanar and you are in 3-D construction mode. You are
  17. prompted to press <Enter> and to select a different 
  18. entity as the first tangent entity.

  20. In 2-D construction mode, the circle is created in the 
  21. construction view, at the depth that is active when 
  22. the second tangent entity is selected.
  23.  
  24. In 3-D construction mode, the circle is created in the 
  25. plane of the selected entities.
