  1. THREE-P allows you to create an arc by indicating three
  2. points on its circumference.

  4. Indicate positions for three points on the arc, using
  5. options from the Position Menu. The first two points 
  6. specify the direction in which the arc is drawn from the
  7. 1st point, through the 2nd, to the 3rd.

  9. In 2-D construction mode, the points are projected to the
  10. current construction plane, and the arc is created in the 
  11. current construction plane.

  13. In 3-D construction mode, the arc is created in the plane
  14. that is defined by the three points.
