  1. CTR+EDG allows you to create an arc by specifying start 
  2. and end angles, a center point, and an edge point.

  4. Enter a start angle (in degrees) for the arc and press
  5. <Enter>, or accept the default value in parentheses by
  6. pressing <Enter>.
  7.  
  8. Enter the end angle in the same manner. Indicate a center
  9. position for the arc, using a Position Menu option.
  10.  
  11. Indicate the edge position of the arc in the same manner.
  12.  
  13. In 2-D construction mode, the center and edge points are
  14. projected to the current construction plane, and the arc 
  15. is created in the current construction plane.
  16.  
  17. In 3-D construction mode, the system locates a plane that 
  18. is parallel to the current construction plane and passes
  19. through the center point. The edge point is projected to
  20. this plane and the arc is created in this plane.
