  1. CTR+DIA allows you to create an arc by specifying start 
  2. and end angles, a center position, and a diameter.
  3.  
  4. Enter a value for the diameter and press <Enter>.
  5.  
  6. Enter a positive or negative start angle (in degrees) for
  7. the arc and press <Enter>, or accept the default value by
  8. pressing <Enter>.
  9.  
  10. Enter an end angle in the same manner. Remember that the 
  11. arc is created counter-clockwise from the start angle to 
  12. the end angle.

  14. Indicate the center point of the arc, using a Position 
  15. Menu option.

  17. In 2-D construction mode, the center point is projected to
  18. the current construction plane, and the arc is created in
  19. the current construction plane.
  20.  
  21. In 3-D construction mode, the arc is created in the plane
  22. that is parallel to the current construction plane and
  23. passes through the center point.
