  1. CTR+RAD allows you to create an arc by specifying start 
  2. and end angles, a center position, and a radius.
  3.  
  4. Enter a value for the radius and press <Enter>, or accept
  5. the default value displayed in parentheses by pressing
  6. <Enter>.

  8. Enter a positive or negative start angle (in degrees) for
  9. the arc and press <Enter>, or accept the default value in
  10. parentheses by pressing <Enter>.

  12. Enter an end angle in the same manner as the start angle.
  13. Remember that the arc is always created counter-clockwise
  14. from the start to the end angle.

  16. Indicate the center point of the arc, using a Position 
  17. Menu option.

  19. In 2-D construction mode, the center point is projected to
  20. the current construction plane, and the arc is created in
  21. the current construction plane.

  23. In 3-D construction mode, the arc is created in the plane
  24. that is parallel to the current construction plane and
  25. passes through the center point.
