- Buy an adjustable wrist rest for your keyboard. I emphasize adjustable
- because my wrists get tired even if the height of the support is off
- by only 1/4 inch, but when I have it set perfect, my wrists never get tired.
-
- The adjustable wrist rest I recommend can be purchased from Inmac
- computer supplies. Their 800 number is 1-800-547-5444. The catalog
- item number is H38019. The price is $19.95 in quantities of 1 to 4.
-
- Staples Office Supply sells the same adjustable, keyboard wrist rest,
- so you may want to check there, too. It's the one that has thumb
- screws at either end for adjusting height. It's made of beige plastic
- with a black cushion.
-
- I like this particular rest so much, I bought two. I use one at the
- office and the other at home.
