- If you really want to make money in the lottery, become licensed to sell
- the tickets. You win with every sale! Whether the customer wins or not!

- If you want to win by buying tickets, I think the best way to increase
- your expected outcome is not to play. Lotteries are not zero-sum games
- amongst those who buy the tickets, so the expected return from a ticket
- is less than its cost, perhaps 50% less.
