- On the other hand, changes in frequency can be misleading. All such changes
- _really_ prove is that polls measure lower numbers. It's quite likely that,
- if people are bombarded with messages favoring gays in the military for 8
- years, that they would be less likely to state a contrary opinion to a
- pollster, even if their actual opinions have not changed.
