  12. I am helping to develop a method for sampling biosolids
  13. (microorganisms) in pulp mill effluent and then performing a
  14. bioassay to determine toxicity. Because the concentration of
  15. biosolids (approx. diameter 10um) is 150 mg/L of effluent, I need
  16. to filter or centrifuge 10 000 L to obtain sufficient material for
  17. a bioassy. If you have any information pertaining to similar types
  18. of sampling OR to the toxicity of biosolids, please contact me

  20. there are enough responses.
