  18. Actually, GA DOT *has* a plan. They intend to double deck the connector.
  19. They're also building an outer perimeter 16 miles further out than I-285
  20. to divert more through traffic around downtown. They've even finally
  21. solved the lawsuits against the Presidential Parkway and construction
  22. is back on track. The new GA-400 extension is also back on track after
  23. being converted to a state of the art tollway. You gotta love a politically
  24. untouchable DOT with asphalt in their blood.
