  13. charles, okay, then, we agree on this much then: that government is only
  14. responsible for part of inflation, however big that part might be. I
  15. have only been trying to distinguish the 2 components of inflation
  16. because someone said that inflation was "wrong", and it seems that
  17. since only part of inflation is due to intentional human activity, only
  18. part of it may be considered "wrong".
