  19. Ever hear of the Yerkes 40" refractor? Largest refracting telescope in the
  20. world... and another Alvan Clarke & Sons instrument. Nice find! Clarke also
  21. made the telescope (18" refractor, if I recall correctly) that discovered the
  22. companion of Sirius.

  24. Your Criterion is equivalent to the late Baush & Lomb Schimdt-Cassegrains. B&L
  25. bought them out a few years back, and has since discontinued the line. If you
  26. ask around at some of the big astro dealers, you can proabably still get
  27. accessories for it.
