Friedrich, You caught me with my shears burried in the bottom of my closet
amid hauntingly old smelly running shoes.  Yes, I was lazy and I
promise to try harder.  I will run with a pebble in my shoe as a
constant reminder. :-(

As for the cross post suggestion - I would disagree that it is not
appropriate. I was trying to convey, although implied, that one
could get a valued reading from another newsgroup AND to mention
the newsgroup so those, who may not be familiar, may wish to read.
I'm sure there are runners, i.e. this newsgroup, who might be
interested in the intersection between physical and nutritional
needs i.e the other newsgroup.

You make what could have been a gentle suggestion into a lecture.
Are you having a hard time separating the classroom and polite
dialogue. Now, gets get back to running.  How about those Cowboys - oops.
