- Friedrich, You caught me with my shears burried in the bottom of my closet
- amid hauntingly old smelly running shoes. Yes, I was lazy and I
- promise to try harder. I will run with a pebble in my shoe as a
- constant reminder. :-(
- (I did not have the heart to snip out any your lines)
-
- As for the cross post suggestion - I would disagree that it is not
- appropriate. I was trying to convey, although implied, that one
- could get a valued reading from another newsgroup AND to mention
- the newsgroup so those, who may not be familiar, may wish to read.
- I'm sure there are runners, i.e. this newsgroup, who might be
- interested in the intersection between physical and nutritional
- needs i.e the other newsgroup.

-
- You make what could have been a gentle suggestion into a lecture.
- Are you having a hard time separating the classroom and polite
- dialogue. Now, gets get back to running. How about those Cowboys - oops.
