  35. The article I posted had the US list price (full retail price) which is generally
  36. the highest price you can pay in the US.  Where I had other information, I also
  37. listed a second price in parens, which was a discount price that I had seen,
  38. either in a mail order catalog or a local store.

  40. It sounds like from Wolfgang's posting, and others I have seen from Australia,
  41. that the manufacturers price the shoes lower in the US for some unknown reason.
