- The article I posted had the US list price (full retail price) which is generally
- the highest price you can pay in the US. Where I had other information, I also
- listed a second price in parens, which was a discount price that I had seen,
- either in a mail order catalog or a local store.

- It sounds like from Wolfgang's posting, and others I have seen from Australia,
- that the manufacturers price the shoes lower in the US for some unknown reason.
