- I had ITB. The therapist rubbed cream, (hydrocortisone &____)?, then
- applied ultrasound. The ITB soreness dissapeared in approx. 2 weeks.
- Sooo, worked for me.

- Kathy had ultrasound for hamstring soreness and she felt it was great.

- We'd like to get an appliance that makes ultrasound, like a massage.
- I suspect it may be dangerous if too much power is applied, ie a
- hamstring needs much more to be effective than an achilles. Anyway,
- I haven't seen a device available to buy.
