  20.   Hmm.  No ref. to cite, but I'm pretty sure this is not unique to your
  21. area.  Seems to me that this is the configuration (I did *not* see the
  22. video in question, BTW) of the original "Mars" light.  Yes, it's the same
  23. guy as "Mars Bars".  Yes, there is a railroad locomotive version, although
  24. in white, for grade-crossing protection.
