- Hmm. No ref. to cite, but I'm pretty sure this is not unique to your
- area. Seems to me that this is the configuration (I did *not* see the
- video in question, BTW) of the original "Mars" light. Yes, it's the same
- guy as "Mars Bars". Yes, there is a railroad locomotive version, although
- in white, for grade-crossing protection.
